I come to this work with many years of experience providing bodywork, breathwork, EFT, visualization, and support for those on a spiritual path, whatever it may be. I work to integrate your whole being: body, mind, and spirit through education, healing assistance, and Body as Temple of the Spirit. A full-body massage with one or two focus areas. After an assessment using gentle techniques, the full-body massage begins, then we dig right into the focus areas, finishing with easy relaxation strokes for feet an/or neck/head/face. This can include Swedish, myofascial, acupressure points, trigger points, assisted stretching, and facial massage. Walk away refreshed and ready to engage the world.
