Lindsay is an honours graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a lifelong foundation in competitive sports. Growing up playing hockey, soccer, basketball, and skiing, she developed a deep understanding of the demands athletics place on the body—fueling her passion for movement, injury prevention, and recovery. Her commitment to performance and functional health led her to complete over 700 hours of Yoga Teacher Training and become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Aromatherapist. She has coached strength and conditioning, spin, CrossFit, and personal training clients, giving her hands-on experience in optimizing movement and supporting athletic goals.Lindsay’s osteopathic training deepened her focus on restoring balance and mobility through manual therapy, helping athletes recover more efficiently and perform at their best. She co-founded the Student Osteopathic Resource Council and contributed to five osteopathic textbooks during her studies. Now a firefighter, Lindsay continues to live the athletic lifestyle—competing in triathlons, marathons, ultra-distance running, and strength training. She currently works with Canadian wellness brands on recipe development and social media content, and volunteers her time raising service dogs. Whether in the clinic or the community, Lindsay brings a dynamic, athlete-centered approach that is grounded in movement, resilience, and helping athletes stay strong, mobile, and pain-free.
