I am a Massage Therapist with 25 years of experience. I graduated from the Swedish Institute in 1995 and went on to study Advanced Sports Massage and Pain Management specific to fibromyalgia and myofascial pain. My focus is on helping to facilitate the body’s own healing mechanisms. Massage releases tension in your joints creating a relaxing and peaceful mind/body experience. My respect for the therapeutic benefits of bodywork has only grown over the years, making me want to share those benefits with my clients. It would be my pleasure to meet with you and assess how massage therapy can be beneficial and tailored to your particular needs.
