Morgan grew up in Georgia and felt a strong connection to helping people at a young age. During her time as a collegiate athlete she noticed the injury rates increasing for her teammates and the athletes she was coaching at the youth level. The desire to understand why, in addition to unpacking health struggles of her own, sparked a passion for gaining a deeper understanding of the body as a whole. She believes when you bring balance back to the body it has a remarkable ability to facilitate healing. She became a massage therapist to assist others in forming a better mind-body connection - leading to healthier habits and overall improved quality of life. Morgan holds certifications in health coaching, fitness and mind-body integration. In her off time Morgan enjoys going on hikes and adventures with her husband and hanging out with her cats reading a good book.
