Kristen has practiced massage therapy since 2009 in Connecticut and New York before relocating to the Sandhills. She trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and holds a BS in Equine Studies. Kristen's specialty is creating a session specifically designed for each clients' individual need based on their goals and concerns. She then helps them determine a plan to help them continue to feel their best. Located in downtown Southern Pines within the Wellspring Center for Holistic Well-being.
