As a registered Naturopathic Doctor, I am committed to empowering and guiding my patients along their journey towards optimal health. Mental emotional wellness, women's health and weight management are the main focus in my practice. I address my patients' health concerns by emphasizing the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. I teach the tools and provide the resources for my patients to live their life with energy, purpose and joy. Effective treatment plans are created through the use of specialized testing and natural therapies such as herbal medicine, nutrition & diet, lifestyle counselling, nutraceuticals, and acupuncture. Establishing a strong partnership with medical doctors and other health care practitioners is also vital to my commitment in providing the best health care for my patients.
Acupuncture
This appointment is for CURRENT patients. This is a follow up acupuncture treatment plan. This appointment includes inserting acupuncture needles, and if needed; acu-stim, heat lamp and cupping and of course relaxation at the end of the treatment!
Naturopath
This appointment is required for all NEW patients. During this visit, I will gather all information regarding your health concerns, medical history, compliant oriented physical exam and health goals. An initial treatment will be provided. Please bring in all current medications and supplememts as well as any recent blood/ medical result reports.
