Hahn is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from the massage therapy program at Stark State College and became licensed in February 2020. Hahn has experience working in both spa and therapeutic environments, developing a well-rounded approach to helping clients feel and perform their best. As an avid distance runner, Hahn understands firsthand the physical demands that training, racing, and everyday activity can place on the body. Hahn has completed dozens of marathon and ultramarathon-distance races, including a 100-mile event, giving a unique perspective on recovery, muscle soreness, mobility, and the importance of taking care of your body. Hahn is certified in **cupping, lymphatic drainage,** and **deep tissue massage** and enjoys tailoring each session to the individual needs and goals of every client. Whether recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday muscle tension, preparing for a race, or simply looking to relax, Hahn believes massage can be an important part of staying active and feeling your best. Outside of massage therapy, Hahn enjoys running, racing, and spending time with family.
