Kirsten graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. With experience as a personal trainer, Kirsten is passionate about optimizing physical performance and recovery through a holistic approach. Drawing from her background in competitive ice hockey and box lacrosse, she specializes in helping individuals of all ages recover from injuries, enhance mobility, and improve strength. Kirsten holds certifications in Graston Technique, Soft Tissue Release (STR) 1, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialist, and Clinical Pilates. These credentials enable her to apply advanced techniques in soft tissue therapy, joint mobility, rehabilitation, and movement correction, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored approach to care. Whether working with athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals navigating pregnancy and postpartum exercise, or those striving for pain-free movement, Kirsten’s approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies and personalized care. She is dedicated to helping patients not only recover but thrive—improving mobility, enhancing performance, and reducing pain to support active, healthy lifestyles.
