Prabhjot is a 2024 graduate of Vancouver career college. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists and Massage Therapists Association of B.C. Her primary focus is treating patients who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident as well as patients dealing with chronic pain. Prabhjot also adheres to the principle of patient-centered care and can provide deep tissue or relaxing massages depending on the patient’s needs. She uses a variety of techniques such as trigger point release therapy, myofascial release techniques, joint mobilizing, (MET) muscle energy technique and deep tissue massage to help alleviate pain and restore movement and function.
