Dear Visitor, I’ve always felt drawn to helping people. My journey to becoming a healer started with massage school in 2010, which felt rewarding. After working in the field for several years, I felt something new needed to be incorporated into my practice to help me find fresh, innovative ways to address clients’ needs. This brought me to Reiki, a form of energy healing, which amplified my ability to intuit client concerns, find trouble zones, and bring multi-layered healing to those on my table. Soon after, Ayurveda, a holistic Indian medicine system, peaked my interest. I spent the next 4 years learning and putting my new knowledge into direct client care. Learning how natural elements interact in the body and how they present themselves when in or out of balance, provided a deeper understanding of the layers and complexity of the human body. Some years later, I completed my undergrad and graduate degrees in Kinesiology, where anatomy and physiology were some of my favorite topics. Merging my eastern and western knowledge into a holistic and highly customized approach to my clients needs is how I achieve the best results I possibly can for each of them. Of course, my work is not complete without the client’s participation in self-care to carry on our work form each session for lasting benefits.
