She has completed various different kinds of continuing education programs, such as pain sciences, fascial movement taping with RockTape, IASTM with RockBlades, therapeutic exercise, stretching and active rehab. She has also completed different programs in providing trauma informed care. After spending many years providing massage therapy in the spa industry, Julia made the change to Wild Sage Massage in the summer of 2020. She enjoys working with a wide range of people, but tends to treat with more of a deep tissue style, although she can adapt and treat at lighter levels for those who prefer more of a relaxing style of treatment.
