It is my goal to help identify and cultivate your greatest sense of embodied well-being. Often that means: • Working to reduce your pain & inflammation • Improving your range and quality of motion • Refining and re-regulating your body awareness • Improving your breath function, digestion, and other visceral functions • Learning to love and inhabit your changing body. In session, we anchor our manual therapy with careful assessment of your nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Our clinical focus will always be on creating a safe environment, a meaningful form of contact, and (we hope) sustainable change. Please email me at [email protected] with any questions about this approach.
Please allow 2 weeks between sessions unless approved by me. If the main theme of our sessions is maintenance, let us aim for once per month.
