I am a graduate of MH Vicars Remedial Massage school in 2013. I provide Relaxation/Therapeutic massage using light to medium pressure. In 2026 I completed a Bamboo Massage course that I'm excited to offer my clients. Please check the description in the booking area of my Bio. I am especially attentive and conscientious to clients who may be anxious, nervous or sensitive to touch. I use techniques that are less invasive and painful to achieve muscle relaxation and/or circulation to decrease the sympathetic nervous system for clients under stress or in pain. I listen very well and adjust my pressure according to every individual and how they are feeling that day. I also love seeing the benefits of massage for clients recovering from injury, or for those suffering with chronic restrictions in movement. In my free time I enjoy gardening, riding my horse and playing with my dogs. I can’t wait to meet and treat you!
Bamboo massage uses warmed varying sizes and shapes of Bamboo sticks to penetrate deep into the muscles. By gliding, rolling, kneading and pressing into the tight muscles. It enhances relaxation, circulation and lymphatic drainage. It can be used as Deep Tissue , Therapeutic, or Relaxation treatments by using different depths and techniques . The sticks are warm , not hot , so is a great option for heat sensitive clients and does not bruise the tissues. It’s a warm, soothing experience .
