After providing massage for the last 18 years, bodywork has become second nature to me. I strive to provide a welcoming, safe atmosphere, that allows my clients the space to reconnect with their bodies. Deep tissue, Ashiatsu, and intuitive massage, and Structural Integration are what my specialties are, but I try to accommodate each client with what their needs are at the time of session.
Massage Therapy
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Reflexology
A foot wash, scrub with aromatherapy oils and sugar or salt scrub, hot towels, and then a relaxing foot massage along with Reflexology.
