DIRECT BILLING: NOT AVAILABLE Aly graduated from the Langara College RMT program in April 2024 and is working on continuing education in areas such as MLD and hydrotherapy to assist in treatments. She is focused on helping people create harmony in their life by relieving pain, removing tension, and encouraging healing through slow, rhythmic, relaxation massage. While in school Aly had the opportunity to work with variety of people and presentations, from office workers, to athletes, to elderly, to people with spinal cord injuries. These experiences have helped shape her into an empathetic, well-rounded therapist who is confident in providing therapeutic massage safely, while treating clients with a variety of conditions. She is also able to provide education for her patients to incorporate self-care habits into their routine to prolong the effects of massage, and phase-out the unnecessary stressors in day-to-day life. She often uses Swedish, Myofascial, and Trigger Point techniques (among others) to induce relaxation but is able to tailor each massage to the individual to maximize benefits.
