Hi everyone! My name is Heather Bauman. I grew up on a farm in Ontario and moved to York, PA, a couple years ago. I love spending time outside on sunny days! I also enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time with my fianc, Tim. I am a recent graduate of HACC's outstanding massage therapy program. I am passionate about providing a comfortable, therapeutic environment where clients can relax and healing can happen! Some of my favourite massage modalities include deep tissue, range of motion, trigger point, and aromatherapy.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
