Tomomi brings over 15 years of hands-on therapeutic experience to Axon, with a career that began in Japan in 2009 as a shiatsu and traditional Chinese acupuncture therapist. That foundation shaped her approach to treating sports injuries, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions long before she became a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. Since earning her RMT license, Tomomi has continued building her expertise by compleing advanced training in TMJ dysfunction and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, allowing her to support clients with a wide range of conditions. As a mother herself, Tomomi has a special interest in pre- and post-natal care, including recovery support for C-section complications. She’s passionate about helping new and expecting mothers feel supported through every stage. Tomomi’s approach goes beyond treating where it hurts — she looks for the root cause behind your symptoms to build a care plan that actually addresses what’s driving your discomfort. She welcomes questions about your health and concerns, and takes the time to listen before mapping out the best path forward together.
