I believe that taking the time to properly communicate with my patients in order to diagnose and treat them is the most important part of my job. My work also needs to be about building trusted relationships with my patients so that they can feel safe and assured in order to be able to become grounded and release their stress. Pre and post-assessments as well as prescribing proper home care is also essential in achieving a patients desired outcome. I graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008 and I have been practicing since 2009. In the course of my career, I have treated a variety of conditions including: whiplash, tension headaches, Morton’s Neuroma, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, sciatica, oedema, lumbago, migraines and more. Some of the techniques I prefer to use in my practice are: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Technique and Passive Stretching. In my private time I love playing soccer, philosophizing, walking in nature, and playing music.

Our registered therapists offer a variety of healing massage techniques including Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Post Injury, Rehabilitation and Post Surgery.
