My name is Lindsey and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic, and neuromuscular massage. My journey into massage therapy began from personal experienceliving with scoliosis gave me firsthand insight into chronic pain, muscle imbalance, and the importance of skilled, intentional bodywork. That experience continues to shape my compassionate, results-oriented approach with every client. I specialize in addressing pain patterns, tension, and postural issues while tailoring each session to the individuals needs and goals. In addition to hands-on therapeutic work, I am also a Reiki Master, integrating energy work when appropriate to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. My goal is to help clients feel more comfortable in their bodies, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness through informed, intuitive care.
