Providing hands-on healing is a gift that I am able to use to help people be relieved from chronic and acute pain and discomfort. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable atmosphere where people can relax and allow their bodies to respond to therapeutic massage. I offer Swedish massage techniques with gentle or firm pressure while blending modalities from Ayurveda, Thai, Reiki, and Reflexology in order to soothe the client and their specific needs. Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm or gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
30 minutes of foot reflexology/massage combo. A technique also known as zone therapy, is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and/or hands. Followed by a soothing foot rub with oils and hot towels.
