I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and an American Massage Therapy Association Member. I graduated from The Edge School of Massage and have a BA in Psychology and Rehabilitation Science from Arkansas Tech University. I endeavor to provide a safe space and the best service that I can. I consider the scope of my job is to facilitate relaxation or pain management; as a part of your health routine; rather than a fast fix. In my opinion; this can only be achieved if there are clear expectations and communication between myself and my client. My current goals are to become trained and certified in clothed modalities such as CranioSacral, Myofascial Release and Thai Massage to provide options for individuals that live with the effects of trauma.

Massage

Each massage is client focused to meet both the client's needs and expectations. A variation of massage techniques and modalities; such as Lomi Lomi, joint mobilization, PNF, orthopedic cupping are utilized to provide a blend of relaxation and issue driven massage. Additionally hot towels, hot stones, clay packs and aroma therapy are utilized as needed.

I am Klose Training Certified with the Vodder method for manual lymphatic drainage (MLD); which is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. An hour is a focused session; for a specific area of your body. Whereas 90 minutes is a full body session.
