Cheryl has been in the Spa Industry since 2003 and is a graduate of both Assabet Valley and Cortiva Institute, licensed in both Massage and Esthetics and certified as a Personal Trainer. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and Swedish Massage, and is also certified in Reiki. Her massage is ideal for clients looking for more of an Integrative Therapeutic approach. This includes deeply focusing in on a problem area such as neck and shoulders while also addressing the whole body stress relief, creating an exceptionally healing and nurturing bodywork session.
