Dr. Michael W. Hall has been providing chiropractic care for over three decades, attracting patients from throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area and across the country. Dr. Hall is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist and is widely recognized for his work in chiropractic neurology, sport performance, concussion care, and complex case management.
