Rob holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Robert Gordon University (2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University (2013). While studying abroad, he played competitive ice hockey in Scotland, inspiring his passion for biomechanics and movement optimization. He brings this experience into his practice, working with clients of all ages and activity levels helping them recover from injury, prevent overuse issues, and improve performance. Rob emphasizes mobility, strength, and control, believing quality movement is the foundation of both recovery and long-term health. Outside the clinic, Rob enjoys hockey, soccer, obstacle racing, snowboarding, and backcountry camping in Algonquin Park. He also volunteers with Spartan Canada to give back to the athletic community. Rob has certifications in the McKenzie Method, Functional Movement Screen, Concussion Management, Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Functional Range Conditioning, and EIM Functional Dry Needling.
