Pha-Ly graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2006. She incorporates Manual Therapy, active exercises, Mulligan/Mckenzie concepts, neuromobilization, cupping therapy, taping and contemporary acupuncture techniques in her treatments. In high school she had recurrent injuries to her knee from flag football and volleyball which required multiple surgeries and post operative rehab. She realized the importance of active based therapy and consistent training to return to the sports that she loved. Pha-Ly was determined to provide others with the opportunity to regain independence with activities and optimal function after serious injuries. Her philosophy is “I believe in the holistic approach to treating injuries. A dysfunction in a single body part would affect the whole movement system. My goal is to put the pieces together to improve quality of life for my patients.” In her free time she trains in Muay Thai and boxing. She enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors and discovering new recipes. She keeps busy with household projects and spending time with her family.
