Cassidy was born in Vernon and raised in Armstrong, making the Okanagan home, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Cassidy loves the active lifestyle the region offers and has always had a passion for health and fitness. Growing up, she played a variety of sports and experienced several injuries, which sparked her interest in the health and wellness industry. Cassidy graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Kinesiology), with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021. Eager to deepen her understanding of the human body, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, Cassidy pursued a career in massage therapy and graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2024. Now working as a registered massage therapist in her community, Cassidy is passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys using a variety of techniques to tailor the treatment to each individual patient. When she’s not in the clinic, she can be found paddle boarding or kayaking at the lake during the summer, and in the winter, she’s either on the ice playing hockey or on the bench as a coach or trainer.
