Annabelle graduated from La Trobe University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, building a strong foundation in exercise prescription and musculoskeletal health, and completed a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance that same year. She went on to complete a Diploma of Remedial Massage at RMIT University in June 2026, gaining extensive hands-on clinical experience through the RMIT Massage & Myotherapy Student Clinic and MS Plus in Footscray, where she treated clients presenting with a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. She is now beginning further study toward an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT University. Annabelle's main area of interest is the treatment of neck and shoulder pain related to desk-based work. She takes a hands-on approach to assessment and treatment, helping to identify how and where a client's pain is being produced, with treatment tailored to the individual and often incorporating a mix of massage and cupping techniques to provide relief.
