Amelia is graduated from Cambrian College’s massage therapy program where she earned her advanced diploma. Her enthusiasm for massage stems from her interest in holistic treatment methods, which aim to achieve optimal wellness for both body and mind. Throughout her schooling, she has worked with a wide range of clients, from athletes, pre/postnatal individuals, palliative care clients, to individuals with general muscle tension. These experiences have allowed her to curate various massage treatments based on each client’s specific needs. Whether a client has general built-up tension from everyday life, or is experiencing pain from a chronic condition, Amelia combines a variety of manual techniques aiming to decrease physical discomfort, increase relaxation, and support the body’s natural healing abilities.
