Gwen believes deeply in the power of bodywork and is excited to share her passion with you. She allows your body to guide the session, moving intuitively and with care. Her goal is to first and foremost calm your nervous system so she can then access what's asking for help. Creating safe and trauma informed spaces for all bodies of any size, gender, sexuality or varying ability is of utmost importance to Gwen. Services offered include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, Hot Stones, Table Thai and Energy Work. Gwen studied massage at Lotus Professional College in Richmond VA and runs her own business Healing Roots Holistic Massage. She lives near Forest Hill Park with her wife Kelly and loves to travel, hike, and enjoy the river.
