He believes in personalized treatment plans and tailors his approach using Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and deep tissue massage (adjusted for your comfort level). His goal? To help you feel your best! Henry is passionate about patient-centred care and will work with you to address your specific needs and goals.
