EDUCATION Aiden is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated with Honours and Distinction from Ontario Tech University, earning a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) in Kinesiology. In addition, he holds a diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, as well as in Fitness and Health Promotion. With over a decade of experience in personal training and 8 years as a certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, Aiden combines his diverse educational background and hands-on expertise to offer a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to client care. This strong foundation allows him to address recovery, injury prevention, and performance enhancement from a holistic perspective, ensuring that each treatment plan is both individualized and focused on delivering long-term, sustainable results. PRACTICE : As a Registered Kinesiologist, Aiden employs a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to treating musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction. He specializes in manual therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) to address soft tissue restrictions and improve mobility. Through precise assessment techniques, such as Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) and Anatomy in Motion (AiM), Aiden is able to identify and correct neuromuscular imbalances, muscle compensation patterns, and dysfunctional movement patterns that contribute to both acute and chronic pain. NKT allows Aiden to pinpoint the underlying motor control dysfunctions that lead to altered movement patterns, while AiM aids in joint mapping, helping to identify specific gait and joint dysfunctions that compromise optimal biomechanics. This enables him to develop personalized treatment protocols that target not only the symptoms but also the root causes of pain and dysfunction. His approach integrates rehabilitation, injury prevention, and pain management to restore proper movement mechanics, improve functional capacity, and enhance long-term performance. WORK LIFE BALANCE Originally from England, Aiden has always had a passion for movement, having played National League Basketball before relocating to Canada in 2011. He firmly believes that movement is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining both physical and mental well-being. Outside of his professional commitments, Aiden enjoys staying active in a variety of ways—whether it’s hitting the gym, golfing, snowboarding, salsa dancing, or exploring hiking trails with his mini labradoodle, Teddy. This active lifestyle not only keeps him energized but also allows him to connect with the joy of movement, which he brings back into his practice to inspire and motivate his clients.
