Connor is currently only accepting existing patients. Connor discovered physiotherapy from the patient side of the table. After completing his undergraduate degree, he spent several years immersed in climbing and skiing. During this time, Connor experienced a serious climbing accident in New Zealand that required extensive rehabilitation. Through this recovery, he gained a deep appreciation for the role physiotherapy can play in helping people understand their bodies and reclaim confidence in movement. Returning to the activities he loved ultimately inspired him to pursue physiotherapy as a career. Connor’s approach to treatment is grounded in education, hands-on therapy, functional exercise, and the use of functional dry needling when appropriate. He believes that effective rehabilitation starts with understanding—not only the injury itself, but the person experiencing it. Recovery is rarely purely physical, and Connor places a strong emphasis on listening to his patients’ stories and considering the broader physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors that influence healing. Each treatment plan is individualized, practical, and designed to integrate seamlessly into daily life, helping movement become a sustainable and empowering practice. Connor enjoys working with a wide range of conditions and has particular interests in hand therapy, post-operative knee rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Outside of the clinic, Connor spends as much time as possible in the mountains. He is passionate about rock climbing in the summer and ice climbing in the winter, and also enjoys mountain biking, cross-country skiing, and trail running. He maintains his own strength and conditioning program in the gym, which now feels less like rehabilitation and more like a really good workout.
