I am a certified physiotherapist at LabX, with a Master’s in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from UBC. I have also completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal program. In my past of working with UBC’s Active Kids program and in a multidisciplinary clinic as a physiotherapy assistant, I have seen the importance of holistic, therapeutic care that exercise provides across all populations. As an athlete who has experienced injuries in sports, I also understand the challenging journey of recovery back to your pre-injury condition. Through evidence-based research and tailored interventions, we will work together to develop a comprehensive plan to achieve your goals and help you return to daily activities. Some of my passions include playing basketball, pickleball, lifting weights, and running. I am always open to suggestions for new sports, restaurants, or books/shows to try!
