Massage
Treatment of the TMJ, which may include intraoral work, cranial fascial release and joint mobilizations. TMJ-focused treatment can address certain headaches, facial tension, increase range of motion in the jaw, decrease clicking and pain in the jaw during opening/closing of the mouth, and help alleviate other jaw issues.
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a gentle, light-pressure skin technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to move lymph fluid and reduce swelling. It is not the same as deep tissue massage and is often used to treat lymphedema and swelling, especially after surgery or medical treatments.
