Penticton Skaha Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre

I grew up playing hockey competitively and was first introduced to massage therapy while injured. I was helped to recover from a few injuries from my athletic therapist who was trained in massage therapy. After junior hockey I started studying kinesiology at UBCO and subsequently massage therapy in Vernon. In massage therapy I use a variety of techniques, especially Neurokinetic Therapy, fascial release, and deep tissue treatment with the goal of decreasing pain and increasing muscle function. Now when I am not at work I am either biking, paddle boarding, or taking my dog out for walks.
