Upinderjit graduated from Humber College with honours and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In her role as an RMT, she aims to provide her patients with care that enables a pain free lifestyle. Through conducting an assessment, Upinderjit determines the main source of the problem and creates a treatment plan specifically tailored to each patient’s needs in order to achieve their goals. She also provides remedial exercises to further promote physical wellbeing. Upinderjit employs joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular, fascial and Swedish techniques. She has worked with athletes, palliative patients and those with chronic conditions.
