Cindy is celebrating her 21st year as an RMT - and has decided to retire as an RMT in March 2026. She is in her 11th year as an osteopathic practitioner. Graduated in 2004 from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage in Toronto, and is since a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. In May 2014, she completed her thesis on Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Osteopathic Manual Therapy with the College d’Etudes Osteopathiques, Vancouver Campus. She is now an Osteopathic practitioner (DOMP CAN) and it is her current passion. It is a very holistic approach to the human body and treating patients as a whole person by studying the interrelationships between anatomy, physiology, and patients’ activities of daily living. She provides osteopathic treatment sessions for digestive issues (bloating, constipation, stress reactions), post abdominal surgery scar tissue, post injury scar tissue, rebalancing your center, post-concussion treatment, postpartum care, headaches, migraines, sinus congestion and respiratory issues, post whiplash rehabilitation, TMJ syndrome and post-dental procedures, PMS, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, back/knee/shoulder/neck pain, discomfort and alignment, pelvic floor pain, PMS issues, postural misalignment, post-surgery treatment and care to reduce swelling and assistance with the healing process. She is continuing her training to become certified and as an instructor assistant.
