I was born in Seattle Washington and grew up in Spokane W. I moved down to Idaho six years ago and completed my high-school education. I graduated from Twin River Massage Academy in April 2025. My approach to massage tends to focus on heavier, deeper pressure, and i love to incorporate triiger point, myofaical release, sports massage, and therapeutic techniques. I enjoy spending time outdoors, lifting weights, and being with my family and friends especially the ones with fur. I also love to prioritize confidentiality and strive to provide a safe place for my clients with on the table and off.
Not unlike traditional massage, however we take into account special considerations such as proper positioning with the use of bolsters, understanding contraindications for certain circumstances and making appropriate modifications to meet the needs of the expecting mother.
