Teri earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Science at the University of Calgary, followed by a diploma in Massage Therapy from West Coast College in Vancouver. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist in clinical practice since 1996. Massage therapy allows her to combine her affinity for people, interest in health and science education, and love of working with her hands. Whether she is treating a specific injury or providing a support to general wellness, her goal is to provide a treatment that is both relaxing and restorative, and tailored to the needs of her client. She draws on multiple treatment modalities, including Swedish, trigger-point therapy, and myofascial-release. She is a confident deep-tissue therapist with post-graduate training in fascial, cranial, and visceral techniques. She has a particular interest in work that honors the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal, and supports inhabitation, presence, and a restored relationship with our own body. She brings warmth, sensitivity and integrity to her work. When not at the clinic she can be found walking the seawall or hiking trails in Stanley Park. You’re welcome to book online, reach out to the clinic, or contact Teri directly to schedule an appointment: Text: 604 787 1672 Email: [email protected]
