Neil was drawn to massage therapy by a deep curiosity about how the body holds tension, stores memory, and supports healing. What began as an interest in anatomy and movement, born from his own journey of working through physical restriction and pain, soon evolved into a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves physically, emotionally, and energetically - through grounded touch and embodied awareness. “I believe healing is a collaborative process that begins with listening and feeling - not just with the mind, but with the body. My work centers around creating awareness and space for you to come home to your own self, even when that means facing the pain we’ve learned to avoid. Avoidance may protect us in the short term, but it’s often what keeps us stuck.” Techniques Utilized Myofascial Release RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Deep Tissue Massage Craniosacral Therapy At the heart of Neil’s practice is a deep tissue myofascial approach that is calm, intentional, and tailored to the individual. He focuses on empowering clients to take an active role in their own healing, drawing on principles of mind-body awareness and trauma-responsive care to create treatments that support the whole person. By using this combination of methods, Neil facilitates a profound engagement with the nervous system and the deeper layers of tension within the fascial web, helping to meet clients where they are and support meaningful, sustainable change - whether you’ve just ‘thrown your back out’, or have been living with chronic issues for years. Both often trace back to long-held patterns the body has been carrying all along.
