Janelle is the Owner of Rivia Therapeutics - Body Restoration & Injury Treatment Janelle is an Osteopathic Manual Therapist as well as a Registered Massage Therapist. She began her journey to unlocking the human body in 2009 with Alberta Massage Training and then the Alberta College of Massage Therapy attaining her Diploma of Massage Therapy and has taken many courses and hours of training focusing on injury and chronic pain. In July of ‘22 she graduated from the National Manual Osteopathic College gaining her Diploma of Manual Osteopathy with Honors & Distinction. After gaining experience in a physiotherapy clinic for a number of years, treating many different injuries and patients, she decided that it was time to start her own manual therapy clinic. ALSO CERTIFIED IN SPORT/KINESIO TAPING, MYOFASCIAL CUPPING, ELITE SPORTS MASSAGE & MORE.. Your initial assessment is a comprehensive first visit where we review your health history, discuss your concerns, and assess and treat the affected areas. This may include posture analysis, movement testing, and hands-on assessment of muscles and joints. This appointment is required for all new clients and for returning clients who have not been seen in over two years.
