Rooted Sole Studio is Owned by Mother & Daughter team Peggy Miller and MiraViolet Love. It Started in 2013 as a home based business called Reflexions Reflexology & Spa, as a way to bring our love for the body's natural ability to heal itself to our friends and family. Now this ever growing vision has become Rooted Sole Studio. By pooling our knowledge from different backgrounds we are able to make every appointment scheduled with us customized and dedicated to your own personal needs. With our support you can establish & maintain a regular wellness routine. Our goal for the future is to create a safe and relaxing space for our community to explore The Self to ask the questions of who am I?'' and what am I capable of? We will host classes and workshops in our studio and open it for special guest speakers. If you would like to share your knowledge or creative outlet with others contact us about hosting your workshop.
Massage Therapy
1 hour massage with a detailed intake to customize your session goals, we can discuss areas of tension and preferred pressure as well as health goals. Hot towels and body stretching techniques are used in this service.
Reflexology
60 minutes of Reflexology starting out with a Tea Tree foot soak during a detailed intake to customize your session goals. Reflexology can be done on your feet, or done on hands and ears depending on the goals established in the intake. We end this session with hot towels.
