My name is Jennifer and I would love the opportunity to be your new Massage Therapist! I take pride in helping my clients and educating them. I am very eager to not only help you grow as an individual but see us all grow together! I initially chose massage because I wanted a challenge, I wanted to be able to continue to push myself and become better. A couple of my favorite aspects of massage are deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. My personal goal is to continue to strive for bigger & better. In doing so I will be able to continue to provide exceptional service to everyone. I can not wait to meet YOU!
Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
