Massage Therapy
Upper Body Most clients I see are looking for massage work around the upper back, shoulder and neck area, as this is the usual place that builds up muscle tension, due to working long hours at a desk, carrying heavy bags or even picking up and carrying the children. Lower Body focus the time on the leg areas, such as the quads, hamstrings and calves muscles, it’s nice to be able to take time and get them to relax.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, specialized technique designed to stimulate the natural circulation of lymph fluid, reducing swelling (lymphedema), easing water retention, and detoxifying the body. It is highly effective for reducing post-surgical inflammation, boosting immune function, enhancing skin health, and promoting deep relaxation.
