Alexandre Cuffley-Hébert grew up in Charlottetown, PEI and is fully bilingual in both English and French. He has a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa (2019) as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Moncton (2017). While completing his Bachelor’s degree, his passion for physiotherapy grew after working as a student trainer for the University of Moncton Varsity Volleyball team. Having played many sports growing up, Alex has a special interest in sports injuries and effective return to play strategies to get you back in the game. Alex continues to further his education in order to optimize his treatment plans and offer you the best care possible. When he’s not working on getting you better, you can find Alex at the nearest golf course, out riding his bike or on the ice playing hockey. Alex also loves to spend time outdoors, whether he’s camping with friends, relaxing on the beach or working in his vegetable garden.
This is your first appointment with Alex. Please wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Shorts if you have a lower-body issue or short sleeves if you have an upper-body complaint.
