Dr. Jalana White is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic. She attended Whitworth University in Spokane, WA and received her bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While studying at Whitworth, she also played volleyball for the Pirates. After graduating from Whitworth, she moved to San Jose, CA and received her doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. Dr. Jalana is passionate about a treatment model that focuses on human movement, pain reduction, and manual therapy treatments catered to each individual. She enjoys assisting patients who are dedicated to their health and fitness. After becoming a mom in 2021, Dr Jalana has gained an entirely new perspective and understanding of the importance of taking care of your physical and mental health as a woman. When Dr. Jalana is not working with patients she enjoys spending time with her husband (Dr Justin), daughter, and two corgis. She also enjoys playing in women’s league volleyball, running, strength training, golfing, reading and doing permanent jewelry as her side business! A comprehensive 60 minute modern approach to chiropractic care. This appointment includes health intake, examination, and treatment (if appropriate). Typical treatments consist of manual therapy techniques that include chiropractic care, myofascial release, active/passive stretching, cupping, GRASTON (scraping) therapy, kinesiology taping, laser therapy, and rehabilitation exercises, as appropriate. If you are uncomfortable with any of the listed techniques, please let us know. Please wear or bring flexible clothing which gives our providers access to symptomatic areas to your appointment.
