Graduating from the medical track at Blue Sky School of Massage Therapy and Bodywork in 2010 has paved the way for me to focus on my clients needs from chronic pain to deep relaxation sessions. As a lifelong learner, I continually strive for further education and improved techniques to better serve my clients. I am proficient in precision neuromuscular therapy for the whole body, myoskeletal therapy, deep tissue, swedish, and reflexology. I have continuing education in lymphatic massage, myoskeletal alignment, cancer & post mastectomy massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, qua sha, cupping, and hot stone massage. Massage
Deep tissue massage therapy focuses on full-body relaxation by applying more pressure on the deepest layers of muscle tissue. The deep tissue massage technique relieves small, newer areas of muscular tension in the tissue and break up adhesions in the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding your bones, muscles, and joints.)
Reflexology
A full-body relaxation massage enhanced with extra attention to the feet. Enjoy 60 minutes of massage plus an additional 15 minutes of focused footwork designed to melt away tension and leave you feeling completely grounded from head to toe.
Lymphatic Drainage
A customized blend of lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage designed to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension—leaving you feeling lighter, balanced, and restored.
