Originally from the New Orleans area, I moved to Portland in 2016 to dance with PDX Contemporary Ballet. But after years of dancing, I soon felt ready for a change. I’ve always been interested in the healing aspect of movement so massage therapy was a no brainer. I graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2020, which was both difficult and perfect timing. Building a practice based on touch during COVID-19 was a challenge. But I think we can all agree it’s given us a new perspective on the importance of self care, presence, and connection. I work with a variety of styles, including Deep Tissue, myofascial release, Sarga, Ashiatsu, and Thai massage. My goal is to accomplish deep, effective work while also providing a deeply restful experience.
