Journey to Zen travels to you and brings quality massage. We are a start up in the Northwest Arkansas area, to help anyone that has pain or stiffness. As well as anyone that just wants to relax in their own home. We know life can get busy and stressful. Feeling like you can't have time for yourself. That is why we go where you are. Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
Involves applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears to promote relaxation and healing. It's based on the idea that these points correspond to organs and glands in the body, and that massaging them can stimulate energy pathways and restore balance.
