Mariah McAllister has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020. She has completed 3 programs with Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Urbandale, Iowa. During her training, she learned a variety of modalities/types of massage techniques. She is passionate about learning and took far more courses than required in her initial massage training. She truly believes everyone can benefit from massage! Mariah found her passion in massage therapy after seeing the benefits in helping her with the chronic pain she suffers from after a bad car accident in 2012. She broke both of her legs. Having the scar tissue worked on over the course of her schooling has improved the function of her body so much that she can control her pain through getting regular massages. Outside of Massage, she has 2 beautiful children and an amazing husband. She loves to spend her weekends with her family at her husband's family Farm. She is a dog and cat lover. Some Hobbies she enjoys are crafting and painting. The owner of MNM Massage opened in August 2022.
